Secrets To Looking & Feeling Younger: Banish Negative Thinking

I put this at number one because negative thoughts have an impact on every single aspect of your life and contribute to premature aging - on the inside and the outside - more than anything else. Before you do anything, you need to banish negative thinking and embrace positivity.

Here’s a three step process to banish negative thoughts from destroying your life.

- Stop: When you feel the negativity creeping in, just STOP IT! Stop what you’re thinking about.

- Shift attention: Shift your focus from your thoughts and take part in an activity that requires concentration, such as a sporting activity.

- Reward yourself: Acknowledge the progress you make by praising and rewarding yourself.

Simply by recognizing and admitting to yourself that you have negative thoughts (and let’s be honest, we all do!) is the first and most important step on the path to banishing them and winning back your life (and looking and feeling younger).
