A recent study by Dr. Bryan Raudenbush clearly identifies the power of peppermint oil for reducing hunger, curbing cravings and aiding weight loss.

Dr. Raudenbush’s study measured food consumption for participants exposed to peppermint oil versus a control group not exposed to the oil.

The results revealed that those exposed consumed close to 3,000 calories fewer from saturated fat and sugar each week. This amounted to 23% fewer calories based on an 1,800 calorie daily diet for 7 days.

    I do not recommend bergamont oil in the bath or on the skin. It does something to the sensitivity of your skin. Read an article about essential oils that don’t react well with your skin and can’ remember where it was but I had looked it up after a bad reaction with it in my bath- and I only used a few drops. Love it my tea though.
