- For tired feet and dry/sore hands simply add 4-6 drops of lavender oil to a bowl of warm water. Soak feet or hands for 10 minutes then moisturise with a natural lavender lotion.
- To replenish dry skin add 5-6 drops of lavender oil to bath water and soak your worries away.
- To help relieve and heal burnt skin simply add 10-14 drops of lavender oil to 1 ½ cups of water. Transfer to a misting bottle and spray directly on effected area.
