Rinse with warm water.

Dark under eye circles could be the result of too little sleep, allergies or heredity. Instead of piling on the expensive product, challenge that with some natural caffeinated green tea bags. Steep the tea bags the same way you would if you planned to drink it. Remove them for five minutes, then place on closed eyes. The caffeine will help stimulate blood flow and the tannins will reduce puffiness.
