It is packed full of Vitamin C to help in the fight against free radicals as well as beta-carotene which helps protect the skin and restore elasticity.

Papaya works wonders when used as an anti-aging facial mask leaving skin firmer as well as looking and feeling younger.

Anti Aging Papaya Mask

  • Mix together mashed papaya, rice flour, and honey.  Apply and leave on for approximately 15 minutes.

Papaya For Exfoliation

Papaya contains an exfoliate known as ‘Papain’.  This ingredient is very effective in the removal of dead skin cells and impurities, revealing new skin cells while leaving the skin silky smooth. This is a great way to gently exfoliate the skin in a 100% natural way.

This papaya scrub will work wonders for those with oily skin, however is also suitable for all skin types.  For those with oily skin it is recommended that you do not rinse with milk, as this will add more moisture back into the skin.

  • Mash papaya pulp into a paste with a fork.  Add sugar and oatmeal to the paste and mix well.

Apply to face and leave on for approximately 15-20 minutes.  Rinse with lukewarm water.
