Great info here. I am not a fitness expert nor a belly dancer but I know about flax seed and how its daily supplementation helps with weight loss, body building and strength training. I prefer to take milled flax seed as a daily resource for Omega 3 and fiber nutrients. Compared to fish oil, it does taste better and can be easily combined with different food without affecting its taste.
